Pictures!

hippy
I just downloaded a boatload of pictures. Rather than inundate you all in one day (and to save time), I'm going to upload them one or two at a time.

This one was on my trip to the Big City in March to check out the Really Big University (U of MN - Twin Cities...it's three times the size of NDSU). On Saturday, the dept. administrative goddess took a couple of us on a driving tour of the area, and we went to Minnehaha Falls (I hope that's what it was called, because I didn't write it down anywhere!). Apparently it's a popular spot for the dept. resident ice climbers. I just thought it was pretty.

Pretty picture...I tried to find Minnehaha Falls once on a trip to the Cities and couldn't quite find it...and I even had my trusty TC street atlas ("Maps...it's a guy thing").

Hope you're feeling better, and belated congratulations on being accepted to U of M. Just remember, just because you're taking classes at the Really Big University doesn't mean you can't cheer for the Bison when the two schools play each other (Gophers suck! Go Bison!). You just have to be subtle...okay, sneaky...about it :).

If you'll be dancing for the marathon Saturday, let everyone know...my wife and I might even show up with a doumbek or two. Hang in there.

Peace.

Maybe I should get a shirt that's half green and half maroon? :-) Actually, I'll probably still go for the Bison. It's always cool when the little guy wins.

We're going to be down on River and Kennedy this year, from 8:30-11:30. The more the merrier!
